Graduate Program: PhD
Research: I am investigating the integration of social and technical knowledge (STKI) in the engineering design processes, as part of what is needed to address the grand challenges. Once I finish collecting best practice examples and developing a theoretical framework, I will be designing tools to facilitate and capture STKI in design activities, and evaluating the impact on the design outcome.
About Minha: I love music, hiking, and outdoors. I haven't lived in many countries, but have lived in many places within Canada! I love appreciating the different landscape, the people, the food, the languages. Perhaps because of my former supervisors and mentors, I am passionate about mentorship, and building the kind of community everyone can grow, learn, perform, care, and thrive!
